Hi All,
The club is going to hold its 2023 AGM on the 20th February during the normal club night. There is nothing stopping members from playing during the meeting but we’d ask that players try and keep noise to a minimum while the meeting is in session.
The agenda is pretty short so the meeting should be. There are no proposed changes to the rules, no one is contesting any committee roles, and there are no points raised other than the reintroduction of the membership form and asking if members happy for the club to spend money on replacing the shed roof.
If anyone would like to raise points for the AGM please let me know via PM, email, or whatsapp and I will collate ahead of the meeting.
Please note should you be called on to vote (not currently on the cards) only paid up members can vote and Ben will be checking
