In addition to other agenda items the committee will be voted in at the AGM. We will be voting for all the committee positions details of which are listed below. I would ask members to consider the level of time commitment required before putting themselves forward for these roles and remind people that they need not sit on the committee to be active in helping to run the club. In the event that no one is elected to a role the responsibilities of the position will be split between other committee positions and/or made the responsibility of all club members.

• Running committee meetings and AGM.
• Casting vote – position may not vote on club issues except when the number of committee votes are tied in this an only this instance Chairman has the casting vote.
• Dispute mediation – to act as first port of call for internal disputes should normal discussions fail to achieve a resolution.
Events Manager
• Manage the scheduling of events, tournaments and campaigns within the club.
• Raising club member awareness of scheduled events, tournaments and campaigns.
• Encouraging members to start new campaigns tournaments and leagues.

The Treasurer
The Treasurer of the club is responsible for producing and managing the club's accounts and finances, and should report to the Club Chairperson. This role will include being responsible for all income and expenditure for the club.
Duties of the Club Treasurer:

• To ensure that all funds are used appropriately.
• To prepare end of year accounts and present to the committee and AGM.
• To collect weekly subscription fees from members gaming.
Tuck Box Manager (a non-committee role)
The Tuck Box Manager would be responsible for running and managing the tuck box stock levels and finances whilst maintaining an acceptable customer service level, and should report to the Club treasurer.
